As part of their commitment to fostering research and scholarship, the John Edwin Mroz Global Leadership Institute and the EastWest Institute (EWI) are creating a permanent repository for materials documenting four decades of international diplomacy.
The EWI History Project tells the 40-year story of EWI and makes available to students and scholars its records and materials.
To preserve the stories and the friendship of EWI’s global community, the EWI Oral History Collection actively collects oral histories from policymakers, donors, board members and staff as well as provides an engagement platform for EWI alumni and friends. These histories are archived and made accessible by the College of Charleston Libraries’ Lowcountry Oral History Initiative.
