Lisa Carty is Director for Humanitarian Financing and Resource Mobilization with the UN’s Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. She has worked for more than three decades on a variety of international affairs and humanitarian issues. Earlier in her career, Ms. Carty helped lead the work of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation’s Global Health Program and manage the Foundation’s relations with the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
